Caps the handicap used for pops/strokes in EVERY format (Best Ball, Two Ball, Match Play, Quota) — not just one. Useful if your group plays to a maximum score per hole (e.g. double bogey) for pace of play: without a cap, a very high handicap gets so much stroke relief relative to their capped worst-case score that results get unrealistically easy to win. Defaults to 18. Enter a higher number if your group wants more relief, or clear the field entirely for no cap.

Only used when the round format is Quota (%HI). Points are awarded per hole based on gross score relative to that hole's actual par.

Defaults match GolfGenius's own Quota tournament scoring.

Each player's target quota = 18 pts per nine (36 for 18 holes), minus this % of their (capped, see below) course handicap.
